We strive to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices of yoga mats, activewear, and fitness accessories appearing on the website are accurate. However, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.

All prices are indicated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are subject to change without notice. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the total cost.

Upon placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgment and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you.

We accept payment via standard digital payment methods available within Bangladesh. Your payment information is processed securely, and we do not store your full payment details on our servers.

We deliver nationwide across Bangladesh. Delivery times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

Standard delivery within Dhaka typically takes 2-3 business days. Deliveries to regions outside Dhaka may take up to 5-7 business days.
